The Role
Responsible for dealing with customers in a prompt and courteous manner, you will ensure they receive the highest service from initial telephone call to picking up their vehicle - viewing the dealership positively from start to finish. You will sell repairs, parts and additional services to customers, and can ensure vehicles are processed smoothly.
About You
Previous dealership experience is desirable. You have excellent communication skills, enjoy working on the telephone and can make customers feel welcome. You are organised and professional with solid administration experience, able to complete job cards as-well-as processing payments. You thrive under pressure. Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, alternate Sats
