The Role

Previous service manager experience is essential. Managing the service dept of the dealership you will ensure that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are achieved. Improving business activity, in compliance with health and safety legislation, you’ll make sure the customer views the dealership positively from start to finish.

About You

You have previous experience in a similar role. You can demonstrate advanced customer handling skills, attention to detail and are able to work independently in a busy, active environment. With strong interpersonal skills, you are able to motivate your staff and ensure they work to their best potential.
